We use a wide range of materials, flanges and end connections to suit customer specifications.
From standard flanged delivery and suction hoses with swivel flanges, a variety of dredge hoses both standard and self-floating to a wide range of preformed bends, all can be offered with a variety of liner types and thicknesses to suit the application.
With an in-house design team, we offer the expertise, experience, capacity and ability to manufacture any hose to the required operational parameters
with nb for 25mm to 4000mm.

Rubber Water Suction Hose Construction:
Tube: Black, smooth, NR, SBR rubber compound.
Reinforcement: Multiplies High strength synthetic fibre and helix steel wire
Cover: Black, smooth, cloth impression, SBR rubber compound
Rubber Water Suction Hose Application:
hose designed for suction and discharge of water, and non-corrosive fluids used in construction sites and light-duty industrial applications. Ideal high-pressure water discharge hose for rugged, tough operating conditions.
Rubber Water Suction Hose Temperature: -30℃(-22℉)to+80℃(+176℉)
Mining Slurry Hose
Tube: Black NR/SBR rubber compound.
Reinforcement: Multi ply synthetic fabric with wire helix.
Cover: Black NR/SBR corrugated abrasion and weather resistant.
Mining Slurry Hose Application:
Slurry hoses are designed primarily for handling abrasive and viscous slurries from mine and quarries. They can also be used for handling dry materials such as sand, gravel and grains. The external bolt on the flanges allow for easy installation and uninterrupted free flow.
